Hilton London Heathrow Airport

The staff were excellent in all areas, reception and in the restaurant - the concierge, Paul was most cheerful and helpful, took our bags to the room and drove us to the airport in a golf buggy! The room was quiet despite being near the airport - we were told we had been upgraded from our booking and were grateful for that - it was spacious and had in it all we needed. The restaurant we thought was excellent, as was the breakfast - a but expensive for our budget but we very much enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to book the same hotel if needed again.

Hilton was an easy, undercover location to get to. Mine was a last minute booking due a flight cancellation and arriving at Hilton tired and disappointed, I instantly felt better. The light filled reception, lounge, cafe and dining areas were inviting and calming. Room was well designed and the bed was super comfortable, the best I'd had in a month of travel.

A wonderful overnight stay before flying out from Terminal 3. We had dinner and breakfast in the lovely dining area where we enjoyed delicious food. The outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff who served in the dining room. They were all extremely pleasant, smiling, and appeared to really enjoy their job. Very easy transfer from hotel at Terminal 4 to Terminal 3 via Elizabeth line tube or Heathrow express - both free. The 5 minute covered walk from /to Terminal 4 was straightforward. Highly recommend.

We had a great stopover at the Hilton at T4 on 30 December to catch our early morning flight on 31 December. It’s easy to find when you arrive on the Elizabeth Line. We were offered free snacks & a free drinks coupon on arrival & then later a free glass of Prosecco. The room was quiet & comfy with iron & hair dryer. We requested more teabags & toothbrushes & both were brought quickly. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. We had a good dinner & then an early night. It was so easy to walk to the check in desk in the early hours. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel - but I hadn't remembered that I paid for breakfast - it was only my better half checking the booking that highlighted it. But it was a very nice breakfast. Midday check out was very nice / not rushed Bed was maybe a little soft which we weren't keen on but you might prefer that ! Mrs complained about how far the walk from terminal four was but at least it was all under cover so I'm putting that as a plus !
