Perfect location to spend the night before an early long haul flight from Terminal 4. Even better is the astonishing fact that once inside, we couldn’t tell we were next to one of the world’s busiest airports. Our room looked onto a grassy, treed area where we watched a rabbit and squirrel playing together in the early morning, and we heard no sounds from outside. The curtains made the room very dark too - perfect for a good sleep. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, and the food of a high standard. It was a bit out of our usual price range but well worth it for the quality and location.

We had a great stopover at the Hilton at T4 on 30 December to catch our early morning flight on 31 December. It’s easy to find when you arrive on the Elizabeth Line. We were offered free snacks & a free drinks coupon on arrival & then later a free glass of Prosecco. The room was quiet & comfy with iron & hair dryer. We requested more teabags & toothbrushes & both were brought quickly. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. We had a good dinner & then an early night. It was so easy to walk to the check in desk in the early hours. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were excellent in all areas, reception and in the restaurant - the concierge, Paul was most cheerful and helpful, took our bags to the room and drove us to the airport in a golf buggy! The room was quiet despite being near the airport - we were told we had been upgraded from our booking and were grateful for that - it was spacious and had in it all we needed. The restaurant we thought was excellent, as was the breakfast - a but expensive for our budget but we very much enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to book the same hotel if needed again.

The staff were very accommodating and empathetic to the fact we had had an upsetting experience before arriving. The weekend was to attend a concert as part of my husbands 60th. Unfortunately we had been scammed out of over £300 and no tickets were going to arrive. We had to purchase another 2 tickets. We were given a room upgrade to try and put a smile on our faces, which was so unexpected, but it made our day. So grateful. We definietly will be staying again. The hotel was lovely, comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. Thank you all so much.

A wonderful overnight stay before flying out from Terminal 3. We had dinner and breakfast in the lovely dining area where we enjoyed delicious food. The outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff who served in the dining room. They were all extremely pleasant, smiling, and appeared to really enjoy their job. Very easy transfer from hotel at Terminal 4 to Terminal 3 via Elizabeth line tube or Heathrow express - both free. The 5 minute covered walk from /to Terminal 4 was straightforward. Highly recommend.
